Frequently asked questions about buying apples
Short answers to the questions importers, retailers and wholesalers ask us most often.
Orders and prices
What is the minimum order quantity?
We usually ship full truckloads — a reefer trailer takes 33 EUR pallets (typically about 20 tonnes of apples). Smaller lots and mixed loads (several varieties or packs in one truck) are agreed case by case.
How do I get a price quote?
Send the contact form or message us on WhatsApp with the variety, size, quality class, packing, volume, destination and delivery date. Apple prices change during the season, so each offer is prepared individually.
Can I get samples?
Yes — we send lot photos on request and can prepare fruit samples for regular or larger contracts.
Delivery and documents
Which Incoterms do you work on?
Mostly FCA, EXW and CFR. Other Incoterms 2020 rules are possible by agreement. See apple export.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Invoice, packing list, transport document (CMR or B/L) and, for non-EU exports, a phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin. Quality certificates (GlobalG.A.P., BRC, HACCP) are available on request.
Which countries do you deliver to?
EU countries, the UK, Scandinavia, the Middle East, Central Asia and Asia — more than 20 countries in total.
Product and season
When are Polish apples available?
All year round. Harvest runs from late August (Gala) to the second half of October (Idared, Gloster), and thanks to CA/ULO storage fruit keeps its quality for 6–10 months.
Which apple varieties do you offer?
More than 20, including Gala, Champion, Red Jonaprince, Jonagored, Red Delicious, Mutsu, Gloster, Golden Delicious, Jonagold, Ligol and Idared. See the variety guide.
Do you offer organic apples?
Yes, we offer certified organic apples with full documentation.
Can you pack under our brand?
Yes. We offer private label — labels, printed cartons and trays, and net bags in your brand colours. See packaging options.

Which languages do you speak?
